Greg Dalferes
Co-Founder
Greg Dalferes brings over twenty-five years of program management experience focused on software development, information technology migration, and enterprise transformation across commercial and government organizations. His expertise spans planning and execution of complex projects, management assessments, and the design and implementation of customer solutions.
Areas of proficiency include requirements management, programming and budgeting, work breakdown structures, planning and scheduling, earned value management, issues and risk management, financial reporting, project documentation, team building, leadership, and PMO stand-up and operations.
Greg also has over twenty-seven years of command, leadership, and intelligence experience in the U.S. Army Reserve. He is currently assigned as Deputy Director for Intelligence supporting the Joint Staff and the National Military Command Center and has been selected for promotion to Colonel. He has served in multiple command tours and deployed to Afghanistan as Deputy Intelligence Officer (Deputy G2) for Coalition Joint Task Force – Mountain.

Kimberly J. Dalferes
Partner & Co-Founder
Kimberly Dalferes has over twenty years of experience in public policy and project management, with deep expertise in juvenile and criminal justice planning, systems reform, prevention, government relations, coalition building, community mobilization, and grant writing and management. Her work is rooted in translating policy goals into operational programs that achieve measurable outcomes.
Kim began her public service career with appointment to Florida’s Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention State Advisory Group, later serving as a Juvenile Justice Specialist for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. She earned her Master’s degree in Criminology from Florida State University and also worked as a criminology adjunct professor.
In Washington, DC, Kim joined the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), serving as Region Chief and later as Director of the Concentration of Federal Efforts Program, facilitating coordination of juvenile justice activities across federal agencies and supporting the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
Kim later held senior leadership roles at the National Crime Prevention Council, overseeing national initiatives related to prevention, government relations, training, and conferencing. She has authored and contributed to multiple publications on crime prevention, violence reduction, and substance abuse prevention and served as Editor of the Rural Meth Debrief.
