- Program / project management for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and implementation planning
- Requirements management, planning & scheduling, and risk management
- Public policy implementation, justice systems, or intergovernmental coordination
- Grant management, proposal development, and performance/compliance execution
- Client-facing delivery with senior leader engagement and clear written products

- PMP-certified or equivalent program delivery experience
- Acquisition-aware execution mindset (planning, tracking, governance, performance)
- Comfort operating in high-visibility, time-sensitive environments
- Ability to produce leadership-ready written products and decision materials
